You need to run the OliNex Unsigned Hard-SPL (Developers Edition) or jockyw2001's HardSPL 1.24 first (if you have not done so already) before you proceed to flash the new custom ROM. Extract the ROM folder from the .zip file you downloaded and just run the "ROM.exe" from within the extracted folder and the rest will be taken care of by itself... Wait patiently for about 10 mins and VOILA! you have successfully flashed the new ROM to your Diamond. Enjoy & Have Lots of Fun!
